Comic page progress

Description

A page from the comic I'm doing with Alejandro Monreal, called "Hijos de la luna" (something like "Moon's sons" or "Children of the Moon", maybe?). I can't upload the full comic online because we want to get it published, and editors won't buy a thing which is already out. Here you can see part of the progress.

Thumbnail/Layout - After adapting the script to comic format I make the layout at a very low dpi, Alejandro gives me thumbs up/thumbs down until we agree in the narrative.
Sketch - Then, I change to high dpi to draw the pencils and make some extra corrections, mostly about staging and composition.
Ink - After that, digital inks are the next step.
Flats - Separating surfaces in eye-watering colours to make the next steps easier.
Rendering - There are three steps in just one image: harmonizing tones, then shadows and lights.
Text - The last one is the texts bubbles and some sound effects if they were not in the sketching step. If in the first one you had them already in mind, this is the easiest one.

This is NOT the best or the only way, just one of the workflows I use. This one implies starting in MangaStudio and switch to PhotoShop between steps Ink and Flats. I'm trying some different ways of work I'm willing to show you as soon as I get used to them.

Me encanta como has colocado todo, y como has hecho el proceso. Me recuerda a cuando hice el cursito este de comic de mateo guerrero. ¡Mola mil!
